Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018
The transitional period to bring the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 into force has been a long time coming but will finally commence on 1 September 2021. Local authorities, educational establishments (including those offering both higher and further education) and health boards need to be ready to hit the ground running with the new Additional Learning Needs regime for the 2021-22 academic year.
