The British Standards Institute has published new guidance to help organisations retain staff and the guidance sets out practical recommendations for workplace adjustments and strategies.
New rights for parents and carers
New rights to neonatal leave and pay and carer’s leave as well as extended redundancy protection will be introduced following the Government’s support for a number of Private Members’ Bills which have now received Royal Assent.

I am delighted to let you know that Madeleine Mould has been promoted to the position of Senior Associate. Her promotion is well deserved and a fitting testament to her excellent work. Further good news is that Natasha Newlin, currently a Trainee in our Reading team, will be remaining with us when she qualifies as a solicitor in September. Congratulations to both of them.
