Directors' duties and avoiding personal liability
In this webinar we were joined by Amit Gupta, Barrister at Enterprise Chambers, and Dan Geddes, Partner in Blake Morgan’s Commercial Litigation team who discussed the statutory and common law responsibilities of a director, as well as the more common pitfalls, including being liable for acts of a co-director.
We also heard about some (anonymised!) real life case studies of situations where directors have failed to take their responsibilities seriously enough.
Both before and during the webinar you will be able to submit questions and the panel will select a few to answer during the session.
You can view a recording of the webinar here.
