Adam is a Legal Director in the property litigation team in Cardiff specialising in real estate disputes. He also has extensive experience of all forms of general commercial litigation.
Main areas of practice
Adam is a specialist real estate litigator advising on a wide range of property related disputes including dilapidation claims, 1954 Act lease renewal proceedings, forfeiture, breach of covenant, nuisance, trespass, adverse possession, rent and service charge recovery and claims for compensation in respect of compulsory purchase orders.
He also has extensive experience in a wide range of disputes in the County Court and High Court including breach of contract, professional negligence, judicial review, partnership disputes, defamation, contentious probate, enforcement of foreign judgments and insolvency.
Clients
Adam acts for landlords and tenants, commercial, third sector and public sector clients including central government, local authorities, housing associations and local health boards.

Career
Adam studied at Cardiff University and subsequently completed his training contract and qualified as a solicitor with Geldards LLP in 2008. Adam joined Blake Morgan in February 2019.
