Allison Miller

Allison is an HR Advisor, based in Cardiff. She is responsible for providing generalist HR advice to support the firm’s employees across multiple regions.

Main areas of practice

Allison provides guidance and support to employees and managers on all elements of HR policy and procedure, covering all aspects of the employee life cycle. Allison supports Blake Morgan’s Early Careers programmes and is involved in a range of HR project work and various initiatives.

Career

Allison has worked in the legal sector for three years and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
