Amber Rothwell

Amber has been in residential conveyancing since 2014, formally qualifying as a solicitor in 2019. She has a ‘can do’ attitude when it comes to conveyancing, keen to find practical solutions to any issues and is focused on open communication.

Main areas of practice

Amber deals with both freehold and leasehold, along with new builds, everything from sales and purchases to transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Clients

Amber assists first time buyers through the process of buying their first home and does her best to reassure and guide them through the process.

Amber also assists clients who are buying and selling, both where they are used to the process or where it may have been a while since they last moved so need some additional reassurance and guidance through the process.

Career

Amber graduated with her Law and Business degree from Lincoln University in 2014, then secured her first conveyancing role in the same year. Amber started with inputting data and deal with onboarding clients; she progressed over the next few years learning each stage of the process all the way up to running her own caseload. Amber undertook her LPC, training contract and formally qualified as a solicitor in 2019 where she has continued to progress with varying work and caseloads.
