Antony Catris

Antony is a Cost Manager in the Project and Cost Management team; providing clients with a range of services at pre-contractual stages, through to project completion.

Main areas of practice

Antony has experience in developing and managing multi-million pound construction budgets, whilst maintaining working relationships with clients and contractors. He specialises in the housing sector but also has experience in infrastructure development.

Clients

Working on behalf of housing associations and developers, Antony provides feasibility and cost estimates for clients at the start of a potential project.

Upon project progression, Antony’s role then includes competitively tendering for the procurement of a contractor, whilst ensuring that the development is completed within the client’s budget and timescales.

Career

Antony began his career in 2016, where he progressed onto achieving his Surveying Technician Diploma and AssocRICS in 2018. He has since graduated from the University of South Wales in 2021, where he was awarded a First Class Honours and Certificate of Excellence for ‘Best Overall Student’ in BSc Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.
