Ben is a Solicitor in the Employment team, based in our Cardiff office.

Ben assists senior members of the team on a variety of employment law matters for both private and public sector clients.

Career
During his undergraduate degree, Ben undertook a Professional Placement Year at Hugh James Solicitors in 2018. He graduated from Cardiff University in 2020 with a 2:1. He went on to study the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, achieving a distinction. Whilst studying the Legal Practice Course, Ben also worked part-time at Hugh James Solicitors.
Ben joined Blake Morgan as a Trainee Solicitor in March 2022 and qualified as a solicitor in March 2024.
