Beth Bowers

Beth is a Senior Paralegal in the Real Estate team within the Built Environment division based in Southampton, acting for developers and house builders.

Main areas of practice

Beth assists on a variety of issues including acquisitions, option agreements, dealing with deeds of covenant, post completion requirements to include SDLT and registration.

She has extensive experience in dealing with all Land Registry work to include registrations, first registrations, amalgamations, title tidying.

Beth also has extensive experience of dealing with complex transactions involving multiple properties, to include refinancing of portfolios and intergroup transactions.

Beth’s clients include national and regional house builders and landowners.
