Bradley is a Partner in our Regulatory Group, which advises public and private sector organisations and individuals on investigations, compliance, reviews, prosecutions and risk management.
Main areas of practice
Bradley was a criminal defence lawyer for 20 years before specialising, over 15 years ago, in professional regulation. He provides support to regulators, organisations and individuals facing investigation and enforcement action. He has particular experience in the healthcare, education, legal and accountancy sectors.
He has managed the investigation of hundreds of cases, including high profile and sensitive matters in which he has also been the advocate. He also assists with the drafting of governance frameworks and guidance, provides training on investigations and good decision making and provides support to strategic reviews and internal audits.
Clients
Bradley has acted for most of the country’s healthcare regulators and regulators in the legal and accountancy sectors. He advises individuals facing investigation by their regulators or statutory bodies at all stages from providing initial support to advocacy at a hearing. He also advises educators particularly in relation to internal investigations, complaints, safeguarding and disciplinary action.

Bradley joined what is now Blake Morgan as a trainee solicitor in 1986, qualifying in 1988 and becoming a partner in 1995. He was the Head of Professional Regulation and has served on the firm’s Remuneration Committee and Partnership Entry Committee. He currently sits on our EDI group where he leads our various social mobility projects.
