Cameron Marsh

Cam is a Solicitor in the Property Litigation team based in Blake Morgan’s Southampton office.

Main areas of practice

Cam acts on the full range of commercial property and landlord and tenant litigation, including business lease renewals and terminations, breach of lease covenants, break notices, restrictive covenants and easements, dilapidations and telecommunications matters.

Career

Cam begun his training contract with Blake Morgan in September 2022 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024. He undertook seats in Construction, Real Estate, Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation.

Cam graduated from UCL with BA in Ancient History in 2014 and an MA in Ancient History in 2015. He achieved distinctions in the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2021 and the Legal Practice Course in 2022 at the University of Law.

Prior to joining Blake Morgan, Cam worked for Chambers and Partners as an editor, researcher and writer.
