Catrin is a paralegal in our Real Estate department based in Cardiff.
Main areas of practice
Catrin specialises in freehold and leasehold residential property matters including sales, purchases and remortgages. She also acts for commercial developers in the sale of new build homes, ranging from freehold plot sales to shared ownership leases and deals with transactional work for a number of social housing clients.
Clients
Catrin works with private individuals, commercial developers and Housing Associations in England and Wales.

Career
Catrin graduated from the University of Manchester in July 2019 achieving a high 2:1 in BA History and American Studies. She joined the firm in September 2019 and is currently progressing her legal qualifications through sponsorship of the firm alongside working full time.
