Main areas of practice
Charlotte has significant expertise in advising on commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leases, real estate financing and development work.
Clients
Charlotte acts for a variety of clients including private and public sector clients including individuals, charitable bodies and local, national and international companies. She has particular experience in the healthcare sector.
Additionally Charlotte acts for borrower and lender clients (both national and regional banks and financial institutions) on a development, acquisition and investment facilities.

Career
Charlotte graduated in law from Cardiff University where she also studied the LPC. Prior to joining Blake Morgan in 2021, she spent 13 years at another Cardiff based firm.
Charlotte was promoted to Partner in May 2024.

- Leading the property side of corporate acquisitions of numerous dental practices.
- Advising landlord clients in relation to their commercial property mixed use portfolios across the UK including negotiating leases, general property advice and, lease renewals.
- Acting for a UK bank on multiple development finance transactions in the UK with a debt value in aggregate of £40m.
- Acting for a care provider on the £50m refinancing of their property portfolio.
- Acting for a national haulage company in relation to the assignment of a lease of a new depot for a significant rent.
- Acting for a care home provider on the property side of a corporate acquisition of multiple care homes.
