Elin Meredith

Elin is a Solicitor in the firm’s Property Litigation Team. She has experience dealing with a range of property litigation disputes including bringing possession claims, civil injunction proceedings and defending disrepair claims.

Elin acts for landlords in residential possession and antisocial behaviour cases.

Career

Elin graduated from Cardiff University in 2020 with a First-Class Honours in Law. She went on to study the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, achieving a distinction in 2021.

Elin undertook her training contract at a law centre in Cardiff, where she provided free legal advice on a range on issues including welfare benefits, debt, housing and employment law.

Elin qualified as a Solicitor in December 2023, and joined Blake Morgan in January 2024.
