Hannah is a partner in our commercial litigation team specialising in the resolution of complex commercial disputes. Hannah is highly skilled in litigation, arbitration and mediation across a broad range of commercial disputes including termination and contractual performance disputes, breach of contract and associated tortious claims, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, IT contract disputes, warranty and indemnity claims, insurance coverage disputes, data protection claims, franchise disputes, breach of confidence and trade secrets claims and breach of restrictive covenant claims.

Having trained and qualified in the City, Hannah joined Blake Morgan with over 20 years’ commercial litigation experience most recently working at Irwin Mitchell LLP where she was a partner for 10 years. During her time at Irwin Mitchell, Hannah led the National Commercial Litigation team and played a strategic role in shaping the growth of the firm and its legal and business offering to UK mid-market corporates.
