Iqval is an Associate in the Travel Insurance Team based in our Southampton office.

Iqval has experience in a wide range of travel litigation claims.
Clients
The team are instructed by both insurance companies and private clients. They represent clients involved in multi-jurisdictional disputes. Iqval has particular experience in dealing with claims brought under the Package Travel Regulations.

Iqval joined the team in June 2015, she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and holds a LLB (Hons) Degree in law from Kingston University.
She previously worked for prominent tour operator TUI (Thomson and First Choice Holidays) for over five years as an in-house lawyer.
