Main areas of practice
James acts for Landlords in a range of property litigation disputes, including residential disrepair and unfitness claims, rent and service charge recovery, residential possession claims, boundary disputes, nuisance claims, covenant enforcement and civil injunction proceedings.

James acts for Commercial Landlords and Social Housing providers in England and Wales.

Career
James graduated from Cardiff University with a Law degree in June 2014.
He was a Paralegal at Blake Morgan between 2015 and 2016, working in the Debt Recovery and Social Housing teams.
James subsequently studied the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Cardiff University, obtaining a Distinction in June 2019.
James commenced his training contract with Blake Morgan in September 2019 and was admitted to the roll on 1 March 2021.
