Main areas of practice

He is well known for offering a commercial and pragmatic approach, advising many clients within the private sector (ranging from SMEs to listed multi-national companies) and public sector on areas such as commercial contracts, data protection and intellectual property. Jonathan has expertise and experience advising across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, sport, travel, FMCG, TMT, life sciences, finance/insurance and the public sector.

Career

Jonathan is an experienced commercial lawyer for nearly 20 years who has held the position of Head of Commercial at two Top 50 UK law firms and has also spent time in-house, including with the UK Government as Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial).
