Joshua is an Associate in the London Commercial Litigation team.

Main areas of practice

Joshua has had experience on a wide range of general corporate and commercial disputes. In recent years, he has been predominantly working on high value complex multi-jurisdictional disputes in the Commercial Court with a focus on Civil Fraud and Asset Recovery.

Career

Joshua graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013 with a BA in History. He then attained his GDL and LPC before then completing a training contract at a national firm in Manchester, where he qualified into the Commercial Litigation team in 2018.

Joshua moved to a boutique litigation firm in London in 2020 which specialised in international Civil Fraud and Asset Recovery. In May 2024, he joined Blake Morgan’s specialist Commercial Litigation team in London.
