Karen is a Post-Completions Executive in the property team based in the Blake Morgan Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

As part of the Post Completions Team, Karen provides assistance to all individuals, companies, banks/building societies and social housing sectors with property registration requirements at Companies House and the Land Registry.

Career

Karen earned an NVQ Level 3 in Administration from college in 1999 and has worked in various Cardiff law firms since. She has vast experience in residential/commercial property departments as a legal secretary, and completed a vocational ILEX Part 1 qualification during this time.
