Katie McCarthy

Katie is a HR Advisor based in Cardiff and is responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees in the firm.

Main areas of practice

Alongside supporting the firm’s employees, Katie is also involved in a range of projects and initiatives. These include co-ordinating our work experience schemes and supporting our equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Katie is also the first point of contact for apprenticeships in the firm.

Career

Katie has been working in the legal sector for the past four years and has recently completed the CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management.
