Kireene is an Associate within our Real Estate team in Cardiff. She has experience in dealing with a wide range of property transactions with emphasis on commercial property finance, acquisitions and disposals.

Kireene has experience in dealing with a wide range of property transactions with particular emphasis on commercial property acquisition and disposal and property finance work.
Clients
Kireene has experience of acting for different banks, security trustees, lenders and borrowers. She has acted for housing associations, local authorities, developers and other commercial clients servicing their commercial property and finance needs.

Career
Kireene graduated from her law degree and Legal Practice Course from Swansea University and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015. Since qualifying Kireene has worked within a Legal 500 firm and in house at a local authority. Kireene joined Blake Morgan in March 2023.

Significant Experience
- Kireene has acted on the refinance of a portfolio of properties on a dual representation basis for a commercial business and leading international Bank.
- Assisting a commercial borrower in securing finance against a number of properties to then purchase a large commercial property. Kireene was instructed in both the finance and subsequent purchase matter.
- Acting on behalf of a local authority Kireene has advised on the development opportunities at several nominated sites.
- Kireene has recently advised on a sale of a restaurant and associated good will to a commercial buyer.
