Lewis is an Associate Solicitor who specialises in commercial real estate, dealing with a number of industry sectors including retail, industrial, entertainment and private office space. Lewis has several years of property experience, and specialises in landlord and tenant work, both for corporate occupiers and landlord entities.

Lewis deals with all aspects of landlord and tenant work for both landowner and occupier, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and development.

Clients include landowners and professional occupiers from high net worth individuals to major corporate entities. He also frequently works for commercial investors and high street lending institutions.

Career

After a number of years pre-qualification experience in residential property, Lewis qualified in 2017 through the Legal Executive route, and has been working in Commercial Property for four years, and joined Blake Morgan in 2022.
