Luke is a Solicitor in the Regulatory team, based in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Luke primarily acts for health and social care regulators by providing advice upon professional disciplinary matters, while also undertaking fitness to practice investigations.

Luke has undertaken a wide range of fitness to practice investigations, including cases involving dishonesty, health and serious misconduct.

Luke also assists the team with High Court matters and Coroner’s Inquests, where required.

Clients

Luke predominantly manages fitness to practice investigations on behalf of a number of professional regulators, including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Career

Luke graduated from Swansea University in 2021 with a First-Class Honours Degree in Law (LLB). He also completed his Masters in Legal Practice and Advanced Drafting in 2022, achieving a Distinction.

Luke joined Blake Morgan in July 2022 as a Paralegal within the Firm’s Regulatory team, and commenced his Period of Recognised Training with the Firm in September 2023.

During his training contact, Luke completed seats within the Firm’s Regulatory, Insolvency and Commercial and Charities business groups, before joining the Regulatory team as a Solicitor in March 2025.
