Meg is an Associate in the Property Litigation Team based in Oxford.

Main areas of practice

Meg’s work includes landlord and tenant matters involving the termination of residential lettings, possession of residential properties, drafting tenancy agreements, recovery of rent arrears, enforcement of leasehold obligations and the renewal of commercial leases.

Meg also works with residential property owners in a wide range of disputes involving boundaries, easements, trespass, restrictive covenants and adverse possession.

Meg works with a wide range of clients including private individuals, businesses, housing associations and charities.

Career

Meg graduated from the Open University with a degree in Law in September 2014, having previously graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Music in June 2004.

She joined the Residential Conveyancing team at Blake Morgan in April 2016 as a Secretary and later as a Conveyancing Executive.

Meg completed her Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, obtaining a Commendation in July 2018.

She became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in October 2020 before qualifying as a Solicitor in December 2020 and joined the Property Litigation team in May 2021 as an NQ.
