Michael Jones

Michael deals with freehold and leasehold sales (including plot sales for developers) and purchases relating to both registered and unregistered land.

Main areas of practice

Michael advises with regard to imposition and release of covenants (including planning gain) and grant and reservation of easements. He also acts for landlords and tenants with regard to lease extensions, deeds of surrender and grant and deeds of variation.

Career

Michael completed his LL.B qualification at the University of Wales Institute of Technology in 1983. He then began his Law Society Finals and qualified as a solicitor in 1987.
