Miles is an Associate in the Construction team.
Main areas of practice
Miles deals with both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, and has experience dealing with JCT, NEC and bespoke construction contracts. Miles assists the team in all aspects of construction, infrastructure and regeneration projects, from procurement and framework agreements to building contracts and related documentation such as professional appointments and collateral warranties.
Miles also has experience of litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, as well as dispute resolution through adjudication, mediation and negotiation. He has previous experience in Commercial as a Trainee Solicitor and Commercial Property and Litigation as a Paralegal; dealing with various commercial property transactions and disputes.

Miles graduated from Cardiff University with a Law Degree in June 2015.
He joined Blake Morgan in September 2017 as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team, before moving to the Commercial Property Litigation team in January 2019.
Miles subsequently obtained a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of South Wales in June 2021 and a Masters in Law in November 2021.
He qualified as a solicitor in March 2023.
Miles was named as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2025 guide.
