Rebecca Donnelly

Becki is an HR Business Partner for the South Coast who is responsible for providing generalist HR advice and support to the Firm’s employees and Business Group Heads in that region.

Main areas of practice

Her role includes providing support and guidance to line managers on the management of their team members in order to improve team performance. As well as ensuring the implementation of policies and processes during the stages of our employee’s careers.

Career

Rebecca joined Blake Morgan as an apprentice and has now worked within the HR function for six years, gaining experience as an HR generalist.
