Rebecca is an Associate in our Succession and Tax Department based in our Oxford office.
Main areas of practice
Rebecca has experience in a variety of private client work including Wills, Trusts, Administration of Estates and Tax Planning. Rebecca also has experience in handling issues related to clients’ mental capacity and making applications to the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection, including the creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders.

Rebecca completed her Law Degree at the University of Southampton in 2018. Following this, Rebecca studied for her Masters in Law (LLM) and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law Moorgate, graduating with a Distinction in 2019. Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in March 2022 and has previously worked for a regional law firm in Kent before joining the Succession and Tax team based at the Oxford office in September 2023.
