Rhiannon Peploe-Williams

Rhiannon is a Senior Associate within our Real Estate team in Cardiff. Rhiannon has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of property transactions with emphasis on commercial property acquisition and disposal, and landlord and tenant asset management in the retail, office, health, charity and public sectors. Rhiannon served as Chair of Women in Property South Wales in 2023/24.

Main areas of practice

Rhiannon has experience in dealing with a wide range of property transactions with particular emphasis on landlord and tenant asset management in a number of sectors primarily retail and industrial and commercial property acquisition and disposal.

Clients

Rhiannon acts for clients across all sectors but with a focus on retail asset management acting for both institutional landlords and tenants (with a particular focus on the London market). Rhiannon also acts for clients in the leisure, charity and health sectors.

Career

Rhiannon graduated with a law degree from the University of Warwick in 2009 and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2011. Rhiannon joined Blake Morgan in June 2015 and is currently an Associate. Rhiannon was Chair of the Association of Women in Property South Wales (‘WiP’) in 2023/24. WiP is an association creating opportunities, expanding knowledge and inspiring change for women working in the property and construction industry. As Chair, Rhiannon organised CPD events, networking events, schools engagement, a mentoring programme, student awards programme all while creating networking opportunities and connections for female professionals working in the Built Environment. Rhiannon held a general committee position with WiP since 2018 and was Chair from March 2023 – March 2024.
