Rishin is an Associate working in our Commercial Real Estate team.

Main areas of practice

Rishin advises lenders and borrowers in respect of secured lending matters and acts on behalf of major banking clients. He also acts for landlords and tenants on commercial leases and assists clients with high value acquisitions and disposals.

Career

Rishin graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Spanish and Russian in 2015. He then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2016 and the Legal Practice Course in 2018 where he achieved a distinction. He joined Blake Morgan in September 2019.

Rishin completed his period of recognised training with Blake Morgan spending a year on secondment with Investec Bank plc in September 2021 and qualified into the Real Estate based in London.
