Rob Brown

Rob leads on recruitment strategy as head of our Resourcing function and guides all aspects of operational recruitment for the firm – from trainee selection through to senior hires.

Main areas of practice

He advises on all aspects of recruitment and selection including route to market, recruitment advertising, interview techniques and the shortlisting and offer process.

Career

Rob has over 30 years’ experience across recruitment and selection, having spent 18 years in Agency positions before making the move in-house. New to the legal domain, he’s previously worked for Research, Technical / Software, Professional Services and Not-For-Profit organisations, including time as an HR generalist for a tech startup. His direct recruitment expertise spans large campaigns through to executive search.
