Samantha Bevan

Samantha is a Senior Paralegal in our Real Estate & Property team based in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Samantha’s responsibilities fall within the post-completion aspect of both residential and non-residential matters within the real estate department. Her main role is to draft and submit various Land Registry forms. She also assists the wider conveyancing department with administrative and ad hoc requests.

Career

Samantha graduated from the University of South Wales in 2019 with a 2.1 LLB law degree and integrated LPC. Throughout her studies, she have also been employed at Spicketts Battrick Law Practice in the residential conveyancing department.

Samantha studied the LLM course at Cardiff University and is awaiting results. She also participated in the Grand Challenge Climate Change Project, as well as assisted the Wales Governance Centre during her time at the university.
