Sarah Rudolf

Sarah is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team of Blake Morgan, based in the Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Sarah deals with a range of corporate matters for diverse clients, including succession planning, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work.

Clients

Sarah acts for owner-managed business and SMEs as well as a variety of corporate entities including limited companies and partnerships as well as individuals.

Career

Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 1998, after completing her LLB in Law at Exeter University and her Diploma in Legal Practice on the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University. Sarah trained with Morgan Cole and worked for several years as a corporate solicitor in London, followed by part time roles as a solicitor and as a PSL at Blake Morgan, before rejoining the Cardiff Corporate team in a fee-earning capacity in October 2024.
