Shinto Paulose

Shinto is a senior paralegal in our Real Estate department, in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Shinto has an established commercial property background and exposure to both the private and public sectors.

He has extensive experience dealing with post-completion work in commercial property transactions, such as that involving Stamp Duty Land Tax, Land Transaction Tax and a wide variety of applications at Land Registry.

Career

Shinto completed his LLB and a Master’s degree in Business Management in India with distinction and has handled challenging assignments in general management in Fortune 500 companies. He completed his GDL with distinction at Swansea University in 2016 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course in 2018 at University of Law, Bristol.

He worked for a commercial law firm in London, before joining Blake Morgan LLP in 2019.
