Simon specialises in advising entrepreneurial private clients on all issues affecting them as founders and owners of large private businesses.

Main areas of practice

Simon has advised family companies and owners of many of the leading private businesses and agricultural businesses on the South Coast.

His practice involves all aspects of being an owner – financing, family trusts, succession and tax issues, sale and purchase of companies and businesses, company and partnership law and management incentivisation.

Simon is also an experienced trustee, Court of Protection appointed deputy, attorney and executor.

Simon has many clients in Hampshire, West Sussex and on the Isle of Wight.

Significant experience

Simon works closely with other specialists in Blake Morgan’s Private Client, Corporate and Tax teams, providing a single point of advice for clients on their businesses which typically involve many overlapping practice areas and competing issues, but where the position of the owners is paramount and their long-term interests must always be kept in mind.
