Toby is an Associate in the corporate team, based in our London office.
Main areas of practice
Toby deals with a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and investment rounds, shareholder agreements and corporate restructuring.
Clients
Toby has experience in acting for a wide variety of clients, ranging from university spinouts and owner-managed businesses through to private equity investors and institutional clients.
Expertise
Career
Toby graduated from the University of Nottingham (LLB) in 2018 and joined a regional practice shortly after. Toby completed his LPC in 2021 whilst working as a paralegal, shortly before completing his training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in August 2022.
Toby joined Blake Morgan’s corporate team in 2024.
