Tommy Friel

Tommy works within the Project and Cost Management Team on construction projects in relation to cost and project management.

Main areas of practice

Tommy assists with all aspects of cost management found within construction projects from the pre-construction stage to final accounts.

Clients

He works on behalf of housing associations and developers to produce cost estimates at the beginning of a project to assess feasibility. Tommy continues to assist throughout the project whether it be cost or project management to ensure the development is complete within the client’s budget and programme.

Career

Tommy has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading where he graduated in 2022. He is currently enrolled onto the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
