Victoria Heaton-Richards

Victoria is a Solicitor within the Property Litigation Team based in our Southampton office.

Main areas of practice

Victoria acts on a wide range of litigious property work including both commercial and residential properties.

Victoria’s work includes landlord and tenant matters involving the termination of lettings, possession of residential properties, drafting tenancy agreements, recovery of rent arrears, enforcement of leasehold obligations and the renewal of commercial leases.

Victoria works for a wide range of clients including private individuals, businesses, housing associations and charities.

Career

Victoria graduated from the University of Southampton in 2020 where she completed her undergraduate degree in law (LLB Hons) with a year in industry.

Victoria then went on to paralegal in the Real Estate sector for two years whilst also attending the University of Law to complete her Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Law where she achieved a Distinction.

Victoria joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2022 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024. During her training contract, Victoria worked within the Professional Regulatory, Private Client, Corporate and Commercial Property teams.
