Zoe Groves

Zoe is a Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate team based in our Cardiff office.

Main areas of practice

Zoe assists the team with a variety of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, shareholder and joint venture agreements together with general corporate matters.

Zoe graduated from Swansea University with an Upper Second Class Honours in Law in 2020. She is studying the Legal Practice Course part-time at Cardiff University alongside Intermediate Level 3 Spanish.

Zoe has a commercial background across varying business functions, including accounting and administrative roles.
