The workshop covered:
- Corporate entities and other trading structures
- A company’s constitution including shareholder and investor agreements
- Directors’ duties and good governance
The session included some real-life examples of situations where agreements and governance were not fit for purpose and explore measures directors can take to reduce the scope for litigation.

Dan Geddes
Partner
Dan is a Partner and senior member of Blake Morgan’s Commercial Litigation team. He deals with a wide variety of disputes and has specialist knowledge in company law, insolvency, insurance, debt recovery and contract law. His clients include many local businesses, insolvency practitioners, large international insurance companies and a number of banks.

Associate
Katie is a Solicitor in the Corporate team assisting with a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, re-organisations and restructurings, together with general corporate advisory work for a wide variety of clients.
