Blake Morgan advise on acquisition of flourishing plant delivery company

Blake Morgan advised Patch Gardens Ltd on their acquisition by Arena Online Ltd in a deal that points towards an exciting future.

The aim of the deal is to bring improved value and choice in ethical flower and plant delivery in the UK. Patch, recognised by Good Housekeeping as the best plant delivery service in the UK in 2022, is a fast growing and highly trusted consumer brand.

The acquisition of Patch by Arena will add to their impressive portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. The businesses are highly complementary, and the growth potential and synergies create significant opportunities to deliver value to the stakeholders of the enlarged group.

Patch have been a long-standing client of the leading law firm, who have a strong reputation in mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
