Blake Morgan advises on refinancing of iconic St Pancras hotel
Leading law firm Blake Morgan has advised the Manhattan Loft Corporation as borrower on a multi-million pound refinancing package provided by National Westminster Bank plc for the Grade-I listed St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. This financing deal will enable the delivery of a new phase of refurbishment for one of London’s most iconic landmarks.
Opened in 1873, the St Pancras Hotel was designed by renowned architect Sir George Gilbert Scott, and is considered to be a masterpiece of Gothic Revival architecture. Managed by Marriott, the hotel within the Grade-I listed building contains over 240 rooms, several renowned restaurants, and a spa.
Blake Morgan’s Banking & Finance and Real Estate teams advised on the deal on behalf of the borrower.
