Blake Morgan advises Ovation Travel Group on acquisition of Chartwell Travel

Leading national law firm Blake Morgan has advised travel management business Ovation Travel Group, Inc. on their acquisition of Chartwell Travel Limited.

Headquartered in the US, Ovation provides comprehensive travel management solutions to professional and service-oriented businesses.  This is their first acquisition outside of the US and an important step in their plans for international growth.

London-based Chartwell specialises in organising travel for entertainment, film, television and news production companies. The business will serve as Ovation’s base for luxury leisure and independent corporate travel advisors in the UK. The synergy of the two businesses will offer a high-touched managed travel offering to their business clients.

The Blake Morgan team who advised on the deal was led by partner Stojan Essex supported by commercial lawyers Michelle Lawlor-Perkins and Niall Daws.
