Blake Morgan appointed to NHS Commercial Solutions legal services framework

Blake Morgan has been appointed to the legal services framework for the NHS Commercial Services (NHSCS) panel, providing a wide range of expertise.

The full services law firm will offer legal advice on Corporate and Commercial Law, Employment, Property, Health, Primary Care, Mental Health, Healthcare Projects and NHS Governance and Public Law.

Blake Morgan Commercial Partner Penri Desscan, who led on the tender, commented:

Blake Morgan are providing legal advice on all core and non-core categories to the NHSCS on a four-year period, which started on 1 February 2023.
