Blake Morgan appoints London real estate partner
Law firm Blake Morgan has appointed an experienced new partner to further strengthen its Real Estate offering in the London market.
Prashant Dave, a specialist commercial property lawyer, brings with him with a broad range of experience in property development, landlord and tenant, and the retail and leisure sector with a particular specialism in restaurants. He will join the firm’s offices in New Street Square where he will become a key figure in the Real Estate and Built Environment division’s current and future retail and leisure work.
Prashant joins from Hilmi + Partners LLP where he was a partner for over seven years, and now joins Blake Morgan where he will work in a team with a client portfolio that includes four of the UK’s leading housebuilders, major high street banks, a wealth of corporate owners and occupier clients, and public sector organisations.
