Blake Morgan appoints Louise Fuller as partner

Leading law firm Blake Morgan has appointed marine law specialist Louise Fuller as a Partner in the firm’s south coast litigation team.

Louise joins from Lester Aldridge and was previously with Shoosmiths and Hill Dickinson. She is a member of the British Marine Federation and has served as a non-executive director there for two years, bringing considerable experience to the Blake Morgan team. She is recommended in the prestigious Legal 500 UK 2019 and is ranked in Chambers and Partners High Net Worth 2019, both considerable accolades.

Louise will primarily work across the south coast and will advise on a wide range of marine matters, including sales and purchases, newbuilds, refits and commercial contracts, as well as disputes relating to breach of contract, collisions, salvage and insurance policy disputes.  She has also been at the forefront of working with insurers and owners to meet their obligations under the Maritime Labour Convention.
