Blake Morgan appoints new Director of Innovation and Technology
Leading law firm Blake Morgan has appointed Ben Short as its new Director of Innovation and Technology. Ben’s appointment is set to help the firm progress and conclude a number of significant IT projects already underway.
Ben joins the firm from GL Hearn, and has more than 10 years’ experience of IT management and leadership. His previous roles include two years at law firm Royds Withy King and five years at Capita, where he took a leading role in delivering technology services for central government and financial services customers.
Specialising in IT operations, transformation and information security, Ben brings a diverse portfolio of skills to the team. He will play a crucial role in continuing to drive further changes across the firm, as it looks to embrace technological change which will boost efficiency throughout the firm and allow colleagues to focus their attention on continuing to deliver outstanding services to their clients.
