Blake Morgan appoints new Head of Learning & Development
Leading law firm Blake Morgan has appointed Hannah Williams as its new Head of Learning & Development.
Hannah joins the firm’s HR leadership team following previous senior talent and development roles for a range of national and international organisations in the technology, retail and healthcare sectors. Her past experience includes her position as Head of Organisational Development at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Senior Global Talent Partner for Specsavers.
She will work closely with Liz Bryne, the firm’s HR & Development Director, and deliver an annual employee learning and development programme, as well as driving the firm’s online training platform, Blake Morgan Academy. Hannah will work closely with business leaders across the firm to create a range of learning experiences that support individual growth and business performance.
