Blake Morgan appoints new property partner (2020)
The Thames Valley offices of leading national law firm Blake Morgan are continuing to drive forward the growth of their successful real estate practice in the region with the appointment of Rob Lynch.
Rob joins the firm from Harrison Clark Rickerbys where he has spent almost 10 years providing specialist real estate, land development, property investment and secured lending advice to corporate occupiers, developers and investors.
With over 21 years’ experience in property law, advising on a number of key projects in the region, Rob has a strong reputation in the Thames Valley business community.
He brings with him a wealth of experience having worked on a wide range of projects from the acquisition of marinas and company headquarters to transporting cooling towers; installing solar panel power schemes; advising a research institute relating to the Pirbright foot and mouth outbreak; acquiring offender rehabilitation properties from the Ministry of Justice and undertaking portfolio management.
Acting for a number of well-known Thames Valley based occupiers and corporates, he advised on the recent acquisition of a 500 acre research and development site of a tech giant; co-ordinated a joint venture on a multi-let business park purchase and acted for a Bank on the £multi-million re-finance of a regional hotel chain.
Rob’s appointment will enhance the team’s current offering and support the growth in demand for real estate legal advice from businesses with operations in the Thames Valley.
